Disney World: Epcot and Magic Kindom

In September of 2017 Shannon and I pulled the kids out of school for a week and surprised them with a trip to Disney World. We told them the day before, had them back their carry on bags, go to bed, and then woke up the next day and Grandpa took us to the airport.

We left on Saturday, September 16.

Landing....

We had a limo pick us up from the airport and take us to the Dolphin Resort.

We checked in and found some lunch in the resort.

And some ice cream... Colin gives his review of french fries dipped in chocolate ice cream. I have to say I agree with him.

Then we went out to the pool for a few hours.

And had a character dinner later.

On Sunday, we took the ferry to Epcot.

Colin posed for the pictures but was on an ice cream mission.

He smiled for the pictures after that.

We had lunch of pizza in Epcot Italy.

And then stood in a short line to see Baymax.

And played in a sharks mouth after the Finding Nemo ride.

They loved the Soarin' ride as well as the Mission Space ride, and overall really loved Epcot even though we walked about 8 miles that day and then had dinner at the ESPN restaurant on the Boardwalk.

Colin deserved his long bath.

On Monday, we went to Magic Kingdom.
