Rain Puddles

These are pretty self-explanatory. It rained for about 5 weeks straight (well, not really, but it felt like it)... so I invested in some rain boots and we went in search of some puddles to jump in. Now it's just a daily fight to convince Claire and Adam they have to wear real shoes to school. Yesterday, we lost that battle.

But after seeing the joy on their faces, I almost can't wait until it rains again.

Colin is happy as can be... Claire is in the background glaring at her blasted umbrella.

Colin has rejected his boots temporarily to see what the ground and water feel like.

And then he rejected his pants... because they were wet.

"My hands are dirty!"

Extra big spiderman jump.

A scuffle.

"move over, it's my turn."

This is one of Adam's favorites.

Then he took Claire for a walk.

"Bye Mommy."

Adam joined them so he could be in the picture and so he could coax them out of the street.

And then one last splash...
