I know it sounds like a strange "first" but Adam and I went on a walk this evening for the first time where he wasn't in a stroller, and he loved it. He wanted to go up and knock on everyone's door and say "hi," but thankfully was appeased when I told him he could have conversations with anyone who was already outside. He struck up a very long conversation with a lady pulling weeds around her Magnolia tree and a couple of guys taking walks.
He even found a walking stick.
